Heavy Duty Rotary Leather Punch Plier 

This is a heavy duty crafted deluxe rotary punch made from fine steel and cushioned with non-slip plastic handle grip covers.

 Easy to use. Set includes six replaceable tubes of sizes 0 through 5 on a pressed carbon steel frame.

Use this Rotary Punch Plier for punching holes in leather canvas and heavy fabrics, it's great for making holes for rivets, snaps, eyelets, grommets, belts and watch bands.

The head on this particular punch plier revolves and locks in place for the appropriate size you need.
