Shipping & Returns
We offer free standard shipping within the United Kingdom.
Next day delivery and international shipping options are also available, and costs will be provided during the check out process prior to purchase.
Orders before 2pm are dispatched the same working day where possible and orders placed after 2pm are dispatched the next working day. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on the following Monday.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Unfortunately we do not dispatch orders on bank holidays. Please note Saturday does not count as a working day.
We have a 30 day return/cancellation policy on all items.
If you change your mind or the item is not suitable, you are welcome to cancel the order and return it for a full refund or exchange (whichever you prefer) within 30 days from receipt. Our refund will cover the cost of the full original payment, including any original postage, but you are responsible for any return postage and packaging costs.
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Please include a short note in all returns with the following information included:
1. Your name, address and telephone number so that we can identify who the parcel is from.
2. The reason for the return. For example: Unwanted item, does not fit, faulty etc...
3. The action you wish us to take. For example: Full refund, replacement etc...
