How to use:

· Wash your hands with soap and water or hand sanitiser before touching the mask

· Hold the nasal cartilage, fitting the mask to the face, whilst at the same time hooking behind each ear

· Completely cover the chin, there should be no gaps on the cheeks and chin

· Gently mould or pinch to the shape of your nose

· Used masks need to be thrown away. Do not recycle them

· Wash your hands with a hand sanitiser after discarding the mask
